3 m is the new 2 m!
December 9, 2020 - viaSport's Return to Sport Phase 2 guidance state that all coaches and athletes must maintain a distance of 3 m "on the field of play" between people who are not in the same household. 2 m is still fine "on the sidelines", for example in a lift lineup.
Quick Guide to Staying Safe
Our number one goal is safe training. To ensure this, we ask all participants, coaches, family members, etc. to strictly adhere to these guidelines. Full details about how we are modifying training are provided in the links in the following section, but first here's a brief summary.
Daily screening is required before attending, use TeamSnap (link to come soon)

Stay 3 m apart at all times
Follow resort rules on the chairlift
Wash or sanitize your hands before and after training, before and after meals, touching your face, and upon exiting buildings
Don’t share any equipment
Face coverings should be worn at all times
No socializing in-person - inside or outside
Follow all provincial guidance
**We reserve the right to ask anyone not following these guidelines to leave training.**
Stay safe and have fun!
Accessing Medical Care in the Valley
Local doctor and FPSC parent, Dr. Jane Fleet has provided guidance on steps to follow if you need to seek medical attention in the valley. Please take the time to read this thoughtful and thorough letter, and refer to it if you need to seek medical attention while staying in Panorama or Invermere.
Return to Sport
We are working with Freestyle BC and Panorama Mountain Resort to ensure a safe return to activities. We have used the guidance provided by viaSport, an organization which provides support for all sports in the province of BC.
