WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
The Foundations of Freestyle.
Figured out the basics of skiing and ready to learn how to ski in that Freestyle way? Your journey starts with the FUNdamentalz of Freestyle!
1. Confidence Stance:
Body position, edge control, and balance drills
2. Small features First:
Intro into terrain park - rollers, boxes, small jumps
3. First Mogul Lines:
Rhythym, absorption, reading the fall line
4. Falling with Confidence:
Because knowing how to bail well is a skill
WHO IT'S FOR
Leaders who want to step into coaching.
This 16-day program blends on-hill leadership development, mentorship opportunities, and hands-on coaching. Participants will work alongside experienced FPSC coaches, learning how to support athlete development, assist with training sessions, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Designed for athletes who are looking to stay involved in freestyle skiing through leadership and coaching, LIT is also a strong stepping stone toward future coaching certification. If you are interested we will help you get started on your coaching pathway.
*LIT's must be at least 15 yrs old to enroll in the Fundamentalz course and 16 to coach independently. A valid Freestyle membership is required for participation.
