Focus:  Multi-disciplinary Freestyle Skiing

 

Super stoked to employ your Freestyle skills on Panorama's steep and deep terrain?  Then our Freeride program is for you.  This program is oriented around training to progress the athlete in all disciplines of freestyle skiing, without funneling into a specific discipline. This group will have a large degree of flexibility to allow Freeride skiers to pick their path of progression in any area of Freestyle skiing they want.  Freeriders are encouraged to participate in at least one competition per season - FPSC's KFC and IFSA Junior competitions are great options. (note: IFSA Open events are not covered by Freestyle BC membership).

 

Skiers should have completed the highest level of Freestylerz, be confident in all black terrain, have decent control and carving on moguls, basic jump skills up to 180s, and be able to slide a box or rail.  A valid Freestyle membership is required for participation.  Additional licensing may be required depending on competition attendance.
