Lauren Ryan
High Performance Coach
Lauren Ryan is an athlete-focused coach with a passion for building high-performing athletes. Originally from Saskatchewan, Lauren grew up skiing freestyle and competed with Team Sask before transitioning into coaching in 2017. She was instrumental in founding Saskatoon Freestyle, where she served as Head Coach and High Performance Coach for five seasons.
With a strong background in technical development, Lauren balances progression on snow with personal growth and mental performance. She believes in creating a collaborative, trusting environment where athletes are supported in pushing their limits and discovering their true potential.
Lauren is currently pursuing further coaching development through the High Performance Coaching and Technical Leadership Program at UBC.
